What you will be doing:
We are currently building a high-performance sales team that is committed to results, hard work and success. Desired candidates will have a history of quota-driven sales success, be attuned to current and future related market trends and possess a passion for the cannabis movement and positive social change. We strive to achieve excellence by hiring strong performers who are motivated to build business relationships, brand building, and retail product sales. You must be a self-starting closer who can create and manage an aggressive sales pipeline.

As our Field Sales Representative, you will:
Build a creative, intelligent and informed marketing and sales territory plan to evangelize the brand message, drive sales and drive market penetration

Research the market, make appointments, open doors, build relationships and sell and service up to 25 dispensaries a week in target geographies

Build and maintain a target list of prospect dispensaries and related partnerships

Proactively drive orders and execute merchandising strategies by establishing, replicating and maintaining visual displays in dispensaries

Responsible for sharing and educating Budtenders and floor staff on company brands, messaging, and products

Maintain a current knowledge of all aspects of the industry, a solid understanding of competition and anticipate market trends that drive proactive business decisions

Bring a passion and enthusiasm for the brand and quality product that the company represents

Represent the brand in a professional manner, evangelize the story and educate the consumers

Provide daily, weekly, monthly territory and sales performance and market analysis

Maintain CRM database on daily customer interactions and targets to coordinate with business goals

Your experience and skills include:
5+ years’ experience in a quota-driven field sales rep role

Knowledge of the full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to close

A proven sales hunter and closer

Passion for MMJ, a strong Rolodex of top-tier industry players is preferred

Proven track record of defining and executing territorial management and expansion strategy

Ability to develop and maintain a pipeline of business leads across multiple territories

Understanding and navigating complex legal and political climates

Self-starter and leader, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership

Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis

Marijuana experience and a vast knowledge of specific plants, strains, chemical make up’s, etc.

Clean background check (no criminal history)

Ability to travel on a regular basis including overnight and some weekend travel
