We are Pure Ratios, a company offering unique collections of additive and pesticide free, lab tested, scientifically analyzed cannabis and hemp based CBD/THC products intended to help manage pain and discomfort through long lasting, consistent dosing of cannabinoids.
Our company’s leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our domestic and international sales department. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
• Monitor the accounts and staff results across all sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
• Connect with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Provide weekly report of sales activities and communicate data to superiors
• Maintain a broad understanding of products, legal guidelines, and pricing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
• 10+ years’ B2B sales experience leading, managing, motivating and developing a sales team to meet and exceed assigned goals within a results driven environment
• 4+ years in leadership sales position with ability and desire to coach and mentor sales team
• Track record of superior performance metrics
• Excellent sales presentation and marketing skills
• General knowledge of cannabis industry, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceuticals a plus
• Ability to analyze and generate Excel spreadsheet information.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
• Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional and effective interpersonal skills

Full-time $75,000 w/ commission
