The Blinc Group :: Sales Representative
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects and open up new markets in emerging and exciting vape and cannabis technologies industry. Optimal candidate is experienced in direct sales field, highly motivated, target driven, eager to face challenges and capable to manage sales on assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, capable of working independently with out of the box thinking and interest in the cannabis space.
• Proven work experience as a sales representative and strong track record of successful sales and meeting KPIs. Qualities we seek are: structured, aggressive, assertive, persuasive.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain productive business professional relationships
• Well-developed strategic sales skills as well as prioritizing, time management and organizational skills are a must
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM software along with ability to constantly and consistently use it to input leads, manage pipeline and keep customer’s profiles up-to-date.
• Ability to initiate and develop a Territory Sales Plan, pipeline and regular sales forecasts
• Knowledge and understanding of the vape and cannabis marketplace is a plus, but we’re willing to provide in-depth training to the right candidates.
Compensation: Monthly draw + commission + bonus structure
